Websites for local contractors

Websites that work as hard as you do.

Keystone Web Co. builds fast, credible websites for roofers, concrete crews, electricians, landscapers, trash dumping, and construction crews — so the next person searching your trade in your town calls you, not the guy with the better site.

We don't just hand you a website — we build it for the jobs you actually take, and we keep it current as the work changes.

01Services

Four things, done properly.

No bundles you didn't ask for. Pick the piece you need, or take the whole build.

01

Contractor websites

A five-to-eight page site built around the one thing that matters: getting the phone to ring. Service pages, service areas, real photos of your work, and a quote button that lands in your inbox.

02

Website redesigns

If your site looks like 2012 and loads like it too, we rebuild it on the same domain — without losing the rankings you've already earned.

03

Local search visibility

Google Business Profile setup, service-area pages, and a simple review flow that puts you in the map pack instead of page three.

04

Hosting & care

Hosting, backups, security updates, and a real person to add a project photo or change your hours. No tickets that vanish into a queue.

02Process

From first text to live site.

Four steps, no discovery phases, no committees. Most contractors are live three weeks after the first call.

  1. 01

    Call, text, or email

Fifteen minutes. Tell us your trade, your service area, and what a good month looks like. You get a straight answer on scope and price.

  2. 02

    The blueprint

A fixed-price proposal, a sitemap, and a page-by-page plan. You approve it before anything gets built.

  3. 03

    The build

Design and build on a private link you can watch come together. Send notes as we go — no waiting until the end.

  4. 04

    Launch & handoff

We point your domain, submit the site to Google, and show you how to update photos and hours yourself.

03Trades

Built for the work you actually sell.

Your site shouldn't be a template with your logo dropped in. Here's what a build looks like for each trade.

Roofing

Storm-damage pages, insurance-claim walkthrough, service-area pages for every town you cover.

Concrete & masonry

Project galleries by job type, driveways and foundations pages, financing and estimate requests.

Electrical & HVAC

Emergency call-out banner, licensing and insurance badges, maintenance-plan signup.

Landscaping & hardscape

Before-and-after galleries, seasonal offers, design-build consultation booking.

Trash dumping & junk removal

Service-area pages by town, roll-off and pickup booking, same-day quote forms, landfill and recycling info.

Construction & general contracting

Project galleries by build type, design-build pages, licensing and insurance badges, bid request forms.

04Word of mouth

What contractors say after launch.

“I had a site built years ago that nobody could find. Keystone rebuilt it in two weeks and now I get two or three quote requests a week from towns I never reached before.”
Dale R.Roofing contractor
“I texted him on a Tuesday and had a proposal by Thursday. No sales pitch, no retainer, no nonsense. He asked what jobs I actually wanted and built the site around that.”
Marisol V.Concrete & masonry
“When my old host disappeared with my domain, he moved everything and got it back online the same day. That alone was worth what I paid for the whole site.”
Trent B.Electrical contractor
05Who you're working with

A small studio, on purpose.

Keystone Web Co. builds websites for one kind of business: local contractors. Not restaurants, not startups — the trades. That focus is the whole point: there's no discovery phase that bills you for learning what a change order is.

You won't be handed to an account manager. From the first text to the day the site goes live, you're talking to the person doing the work.

  • Fixed-price proposals. The number you approve is the number you pay.
  • No retainer required to keep your site online.
  • You own the domain, the content, and the hosting account.
06Pricing

Straight numbers, before you commit.

Every build is quoted at a fixed price. Hosting and care is optional and month to month.

07Questions

The ones contractors actually ask.

How long does a site take?

Most contractor sites launch 5 to 10 days after you approve the proposal and send photos. Rush builds are available for a flat fee if you've got a big job coming up.

What does it cost, exactly?

A five-page site starts at $1,500. Most contractors land between $1,500 and $3,500 depending on how many pages and whether we write the copy. It's a fixed price — you approve it before we start.

Do I have to write anything?

No. We interview you for thirty minutes about your services, your service area, and the jobs you actually want more of, then write the pages. You approve the draft.

Who owns the site when it's done?

You do — the domain, the content, and the hosting account are all in your name. If you ever want to go elsewhere, everything goes with you.

Will this actually help me show up on Google?

The build covers the technical basics, your Google Business Profile, and the service-area pages that local searches need. For crowded trades we recommend the local search work as a follow-on.

Do you only work with contractors?

Yes. Roofers, concrete crews, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, remodelers, trash dumping, and general contractors. That's the whole focus, which is why we don't need a discovery phase to understand your business.
